Entre Limones is born from simplicity and hard work. It began in 2011 in a small venue where inspiration, technique, and quality ingredients took the lead. In 2024, the project grew into its current location next to Hotel El Fuerte in Marbella, on the Promenade, offering stunning views of the Mediterranean.

More than just a menu, it offers an informal, shared experience with dishes that are fresh, light, and always creatively twisted — featuring citrus, spicy, crunchy, or global flavors.

The presentation is clean, the pace dynamic, and the product takes centre stage. The team’s warm service complements a cuisine that reflects the experience and passion of Alfredo — its chef and the soul of the project.
